Istanbul, Türkiye - August 20, 2026 Turkish Energy and Natural Resources Minister Alparslan Bayraktar speaks in Damascus during a visit in which Türkiye and Syria signed a memorandum of understanding on phosphate cooperation, August 20, 2026.
