Istanbul, Türkiye - August 24, 2026 Swimmers leap from a floating platform off Kanlica on the Asian side of the Bosphorus and race toward the European shore during the 38th Bosphorus Intercontinental Swimming Race in Istanbul, T�rkiye, August 24, 2026. More than 2,000 athletes from over 60 countries and regions competed in the roughly 6.5-kilometer open-water course, with Turkish swimmers Su Inal and Selim Oguz claiming the women's and men's titles in 54 minutes 54 seconds and 51 minutes 13 seconds, respectively.
