Togo: New university campus opens in Kara.

Kara, Togo - May 03, 2026 Students and faculty gather at the newly completed University of Kara campus in Kara, northern Togo on May 3, 2026. The modern 18,000-square-meter complex, built by China Harbour Engineering Company and officially completed April 24, replaces overcrowded facilities with new teaching buildings, an administrative center and student canteen.
