Fidan was welcomed by Singapore's Prime Minister Lawrence Wong during an official visit to the Southeast Asian city-state. Fidan also met his Singaporean counterpart Vivian Balakrishnan, and Home Affairs Minister and Coordinating Minister for National Security K. Shanmugam. Fidan is visiting Singapore as part of efforts to strengthen bilateral ties and discuss issues of mutual interest.
