VARIOUS OF DEMOLISHED STRUCTURES ON FARM JERUSALEM, PALESTINE - SEPT. 9, 2026: Israeli forces raided the town of al-Ram, north of Jerusalem, on Wednesday, Sept. 9, and demolished livestock and agricultural structures. Israeli bulldozers, accompanied by soldiers, demolished a horse stable and sheds used for agricultural and livestock activities in the al-Aqbat neighborhood of al-Ram, claiming they had been built without permits, according to local sources. Israeli forces also fired tear gas during the demolition, affecting some Palestinians in the area, the sources said. Farm owner Ahmed al-Joulani told Anadolu that the demolished structures had been used to raise livestock and birds. He said the site also included a sitting room, a wall, a toilet and trees. "Occupation forces came overnight without any warning and demolished everything," al-Joulani said. Since the start of Israel’s genocide in the Gaza Strip in 2023, Israeli forces have intensified operations across the occupied West Bank, including occupied East Jerusalem, with reports of killings, arrests, forced displacement, home demolitions and settlement expansion. Israel has occupied the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, since 1967. The international community considers Israeli settlements in the occupied territories illegal under international law, a position Israel rejects.
