Matt Bellamy files for sole custody of children amid divorce.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the Muse frontman asked the Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday to end the marriage after seven years. Bellamy has also asked the court for sole legal and physical custody of the former couple's two children, a six-year-old daughter and a two-year-old son. Evans told the outlet that she plans to fight for custody, and noted that her ex-spouse made the marriage "unbearable". Bellamy and Evans began dating in early 2015 after meeting on the set of his band's Mercy music video.
