Lebanon: Series of Israeli Attacks Across Southern Lebanon.

Lebanon - August 26, 2026 A series of Israeli attacks was reported across southern Lebanon between midnight and 9am, with artillery fire hitting Kfar Rumman, Ali al-Taher, Wadi al-Salouqi, the outskirts of Mayfadoun and Al-Mansouri. Airstrikes were also reported near Nabatieh al-Fawqa, while Israeli forces carried out a combing operation in Haddatha. Local reports further said Israeli forces carried out separate detonations in Majdal Zoun and Bint Jbeil, while a drone reportedly exploded in the airspace over Al-Mansouri. Israeli military vehicles were also reported conducting land-clearing operations in Bayyout al-Siyad, adding to heightened tensions across the region.
