NANYUKI TOWN SIGN NANYUKI, KENYA - JUNE 9: Activists and residents protested in the central Kenyan town of Nanyuki on Tuesday against a planned Ebola quarantine facility intended for U.S. citizens. Demonstrators marched through the town center demanding the cancellation of the project, arguing that the facility would pose severe risks to public health and community safety. Protesters carried placards reading "We Reject Ebola" and displayed symbolic coffins during the march. The demonstration drew large crowds before security forces intervened. Police detained several demonstrators during the operation to disperse the crowd.
