Capitol building; traffic Storyline Iran's Army said Thursday that its forces had struck U.S. military bases in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Kuwait with missiles and drones earlier in the day. In a statement, the army said that it had attacked the satellite communications systems, equipment depots and fighter jet hangars at the U.S. Ahmad al-Jaber Air Base in Kuwait, resulting in casualties. In addition, the military used missiles and drones to hit facilities, including radar systems, at the U.S. Al Minhad Air Base in the UAE, it said. The statement stressed that Iran will respond resolutely and devastatingly to any U.S. attack.
