Shenzhen, China - July 26, 2026 Typhoon Noul brought destructive winds and heavy rains to South China, and made landfall in Guangdong Province on Sunday, July 26, knocking down trees and cutting power. Trains were stopped, schools were halted and residents were evacuated as the storm approached the coast.
