Riot police, military personnel and heavy machinery were deployed across key routes, removing stones, dirt and other obstacles that had blocked roads in and around the city. Security forces, supported by tractors and armored vehicles, worked to reopen roads and restore traffic in El Alto. The operation was carried out under a state of emergency imposed to restore access to affected areas and resume the movement of people and goods.
