Algae is already causing problems in Washington's newly renovated Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool. On Tuesday, work crews poured hydrogen peroxide into the pool to fight a growing algae bloom, just over a week after the landmark was repainted as part of President Donald Trump's monument restoration project.
