I had to cut the floor out, get in. I got to go under these floor joists, which are about 14 to 16in off the floor. I raised all the pipes up and fixed them where they ran more directly. But we're, getting rid of the old piers that were used. Wood was used. Went from a rock, maybe, or something else, up to the floor to support the floor. That's what they had back then. Problem with that is that's exactly what termites like. So we've been fixing those things, and I got more to do. And, If you notice where that jack is, I got to get underneath there to jack that doorway. And it's not been cooperative. It's actually causing a little bit of a hump in the floor not bad, but enough to be noticeable and, if you notice, see how that's tight over there and we get up here now, we actually went up just a little bit, but it just didn't do much. And if you notice, also it's hitting there and we've got a gap down there. All that points to the door over here, the hinge side going up. And then that will close this strike side. And we'll see what we can do about making it all better. But it's, it's been a battle, you notice Termites got in here. They sprayed everything, very, very strongly. And we changed all of the plumbing to PEX. And that way, we'll be, any real problem with freezing. Other than hard things like the shut offs and the faucets. So that, it's far, far better than the rigid pipe that was in here. And PVC pipe. We also, changed the main line to step down in the floor. Because you have to go outside and, turn it off outside. But right here, we set it up, you know, it's just half inch line. That's what it was before. Brought up in the cabinet. So you can shut the whole house off right here. And that's handy for, they rent this out. Quite the journey that we've been going through. And, here I go underneath again.
