Metal Roof Maintaining Screws #Shorts

Well, here I am working on a roof I did 20 years ago, maybe more and. I just want to make sure this thing doesn't continue to leak it’s had a couple of problems with the foam closure getting bad, which that's something you should expect and that foam deteriorates. But right now, putting like a clear sealant, this is one I haven't used before. What is it called? Silica flex NP 125. Which low cells? And I thought I'd give it a shot, but just I wanted to go through here and make sure these the, the rubber on these screws sometimes doesn't do as well. And so I back it out then run the screw back down. That might be something you want to check on. Changing your foam closure up there and doing what I'm doing, which is. 20 year old screws, is taking a little bit of time and. Just a little bit of not a lot. It's probably too much and then put it back.
