How To Install A Gas Water Heater

We are removing and installing a new gas water heater in a mobile home. Someone decided to get creative when they put the old water heater in and we had to come fix the mess. If at all possible, we always replace old pipes with pex because it can freeze and come back without breaking. Cost a little more, but so much better in the long run.
