Trump signature on Epstein check disputed in latest document dump

Newly released Epstein files are being called into question, not only the infamous birthday

letter, but this photo of Epstein and a check with another purported Trump signature

The White House is responding and the New York Times is raising red flags over the authenticity

of the signature here. Did you see the signature on that check? It is not Donald Trump's signature

It is absolutely not. The president did not sign that check. We reported Monday night on a birthday

letter allegedly pinned to Epstein by Trump that was released by House Oversight Democrats

The birthday letter was part of a 238-page birthday book that Epstein's estate turned over

to the House Oversight Committee after a subpoena. But another part of the document touted by

Oversight Democrats appears to be fake. They posted this photo of Epstein with a check and

wrote new page from Epstein's birthday book. Epstein and a longtime Mar-a-Lago member joking

about selling a fully depreciated woman to Donald Trump for $22,500. The New York Times called it a

phony Trump check, writing the oversized check appears to have been doctored with a seemingly

phony Trump signature While the check signature authenticity was more easily debunked according to the Times questions are still swirling over the authenticity of the birthday letter Caroline Levitt doubled down on the White House denial

on Tuesday. The president did not write that letter. He did not sign those documents. He

maintains that position and that position will be argued in court by his lawyers. The president is

very confident he's going to win this case. Levitt even saying the White House would welcome the idea

of a professional handwriting expert to review and compare the signature on the birthday letter

to Trump's real signature. And in a phone call to NBC News on Tuesday, President Trump called it a

dead issue and says it's something he won't comment further on. The Democrats are arguing

the signature on the birthday letter is legitimate. This was produced to us. Nobody planted it. So it

looks real to me, but again, this looks like a cover-up going all the way to the top. While we saw another batch of so-called Epstein files released Monday, the House Oversight

Committee says they only need four more signatures on a petition to the Justice Department in

order to have all DOJ investigative files released. All House Democrats have signed on

and just four Republicans
