Iranian fundraiser collects $40 million for Trump assassination

An Iranian website claims it has raised more than $40 million to pay for the assassination

of President Donald Trump. The fundraising campaign began days after a senior Islamic cleric issued a fatwa against

Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. That religious decree was in response

to the U.S. bombing of Iranian nuclear sites during Israel's 12-day war with Iran

The website says it is, quote, funding the fight against U.S. state terrorism

It includes a picture of Trump with his hair disheveled and crosshairs superimposed over his right temple

The fundraiser coincides with increased threats against Trump from Iranian clerics. One reportedly offered a reward worth the equivalent of $1.1 million to, quote, anyone who brings the head of Trump

And a former top advisor to Iran's Supreme Leader said Trump could fall victim to a drone

attack at his Mar-a-Lago estate. Trump was asked about the comments by Fox News

Yeah, I guess it's a threat. I not sure it a threat actually but perhaps it is Iran president Massoud Pazeshkian downplayed any menace to Trump during an interview with conservative commentator Tucker Carlson Two Iranian ayatollahs have issued fatwas against Donald Trump

What does that mean exactly? And what do you think of it

To the best of my knowledge, they have not issued decrees for fatwas against any individual

or against Donald Trump. And first off, it has nothing to do with the Iranian government or to his eminence, the supreme leader of Iran

Has Iran ever backed an assassination attempt against Donald Trump? This is actually what Netanyahu is trying to insinuate and to make your people or the president of your country to believe

But this is wrong. The Iranian website does not list its purported donors, and the amount it claims to have raised cannot be verified
