Did Ace Bailey Really Tell a Team Not to Draft Him?

The Utah Jazz selected Rutgers forward Ace Bailey fifth overall in the NBA Draft, but reports have come out saying that Bailey told at least one team in the top five to not draft him. Was this the right move for Bailey?
