LeBron James Reveals How Luka Dončić Won’t Factor Into His Retirement Decision

LeBron James recently cleared the air about how Luka Dončić will not influence his retirement plans. Despite the obvious motivation to play alongside the young star, LeBron stated, “Zero. The motivation to be able to play alongside him every night? That’s super motivating… But as far as me [referring to], him and some of my other teammates of how far I’ll go in my career, no, it would be my decision along with my wife ... It won’t be having a meeting with my teammates.” In other words, LeBron’s retirement will be his decision, and it’s not influenced by anyone else, including Luka, his son Bryce, or teammates. The King’s focus remains solely on dominating the court.
