I don't think they're going to make the play-in, but they do have a fringe chance, so I definitely think that they're marginally better than the teams below them

And then I'm going to call an audible right now and actually go ahead and put the Warriors and the Lakers in Tier 2 with the Suns through the Kings

I think all these teams could sneakily get a first-round upset and even make the conference finals if the bracket breaks their way

And Tier 1 is obviously 1 through 4 in the West. I think while Minnesota and OKC have some question marks, all these teams could win a title this year
