The Monty Show: Donovan Mitchell Vs Luka Doncic, BYU Football QB Race, Rockies Controversy & More!

Monty & Jake are talking about Utah Jazz star Donovan Mitchell, and asking where Donovan Mitchell ranks among the best players in the NBA. With the news that the Dallas Mavericks gave Luka Doncic a MASSVIE contract extension, and wondering if Luka is worth $41.4M per season, would you rather have Utah Jazz star Donovan Mitchell or Luka Doncic? Would you build your team around Luka Doncic? Which young NBA player would you build around? Luka? Trey Young? Donovan Mitchell? What about Steph Curry? Kevin Durant? They all got massive contract extensions, who is the player you would want at the heart of your franchise? BYU Football has not named a starting QB heading in to arguably the most difficult schedule in the history of BYU Football. So what is the wait for? Monty has a theory and believes that BYU already knows who the #1 QB in camp is! The Colorado Rockies are dealing with a significant racial issue after a fan was heard yelling the "N Word" at a visiting player, or did the fan yell "Dinger" for the Rockies mascot? Do we too quickly assume it was a racial bomb or is race in sports a boiling point in America? Mrs. Monty is out of town and Monty is not happy about that! What do you do when your wife is out of town? The guys talk about the habits and structure of their lives and why one small disruption is so significant.
