Suns TRADE for Nick Richards!

Alright, so breaking news out of the NBA today, we got our first trade of deadline season

Nick Richards is the newest member of the Phoenix Suns, let's break it down

So the full trade is Nick Richards and a second rounder to the Suns in exchange for Josh Okogie

and three seconds back to Charlotte. So look, the Suns' center rotation this year has been a massive problem

I mean, they recently benched Yusuf Nurkic for Mason Plumlee because yeah, Nurkic definitely

wasn't it. Here's the thing, neither is Nick Richards. I mean, this is just a total lateral tread water in the West move by Phoenix

Like, the Hornets this year have been worse with him on the court, and they've actually been worse with him defensively on the court this season too

So I don't know, man, for the price of two second-round picks, the Suns got better, so that's enough of a one

For the Hornets, I mean, Mark Williams is their center for now, but I'm guessing they're still undecided on whether or not he's the long-term guy

And hey, if we're looking at this year's draft, there's a big man named Derek Queen out of Maryland

who I think would be pretty sick next to LaMelo and Brandon Miller
