Chicken Crust Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) ground chicken
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 large egg
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Optional toppings: pepperoni, sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, or spinach
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet or pizza stone with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until evenly blended.
Press the chicken mixture into a thin, even circle on the prepared baking sheet, forming the crust. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked and golden.
Remove from the oven and spread marinara sauce over the crust. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top, followed by your favorite toppings.
