Malakoff Recipe

Malakoff is a Swiss fried cheese dish that’s both crispy on the outside and melt-in-your-mouth delicious on the inside. Traditionally from the canton of Vaud, it’s made by breading thick slices of cheese, usually Gruyère, and frying them until golden brown.
