AMETHYST CRYSTAL / STONE BENEFITS - How to use it for meditating and more

In this video I talk about the Amethyst Crystals, its benefits, properties and uses. The purple colour is my favorite colour, therefore the Amethyst is my favourite crystal! From dark purple to light lilac colour, it belongs to the Quartz family and can be found in various sizes. This crystal is one of the easiest ones to identify because its appearance and colouring are well defined. You can find this crystal in different shapes and sizes ranging from tiny pieces to huge "caves". The colors can also range from a very dark purple tone to a pale, almost white lilac tone. When tumbled, the amethyst gets very smooth and maintains its colour and brightness. In the raw form, we can commonly find pieces and clusters. Whenever you see many purple and brightly coloured pointy crystals, you can be sure that you are seeing an Amethyst!
