Beetroot salad with caramelized nuts

One word for this salad is enough: Fantastic! Really all flavors come together and with the homemade dressing..... A real party on your plate. Bettine's goat cheese balls also help with that, of course. I got that bowl during an event so I now sprinkled them on this beetroot salad with caramelized nuts.
