Hey everyone. In this video tutorial,
0:02
I'm going to show you how to make
0:03
stickers on Canva. First, you have to
0:05
choose the size of your project. Make
0:07
sure you use a size that is easy for
0:09
printing. I used an A4 size project.
0:13
Before you start your stickers, make
0:15
sure you know what you want the stickers
0:17
to be about. You should choose a theme.
0:20
I chose the theme of frogs. You can go
0:22
to elements and then graphics and type
0:24
in whatever you want the stickers to be
0:26
about. And then just choose a couple of
0:30
designs that you like.
0:34
Before you print the stickers, you have
0:36
to change these around a little bit. You
0:38
are not going to be allowed to sell
0:43
any add-ons. You have to get creative
0:45
and make sure that these stickers are
0:49
I'm going to show you a couple ways to
0:51
do this. Now, for this first little
0:53
frog, I wanted to add a sunset behind
0:57
because it kind of looked like it was
0:58
jumping out of the water. So, you really
1:00
have to get creative with whatever it is
1:03
that that you're doing specifically.
1:06
So, you can use elements to
1:12
and then just put them together and make
1:14
them look good. I'm going to add an
1:16
outline um that you can find in effects
1:21
on the frog to make it more visible, to
1:24
make it pop. I'm also going to add
1:26
letters on every one of these stickers
1:30
to make them more unique.
1:33
I wanted to use words that are that can
1:35
be punchlines or play on words when it
1:38
comes to frogs. So since I couldn't
1:40
really come up with anything by myself
1:42
and to utilize my time best, I used AI.
1:45
I used chat GPT. As you can see here, I
1:48
asked it to give me ideas and then I
1:51
made it more fitting to what I wanted to
1:53
do. It gave me these three words that
1:55
you can see. I'm going to use these to
1:57
incorporate in my project. You can go to
1:59
the left of the screen and find text.
2:01
And here you'll be able to find some
2:05
fonts that you can fit into your
2:07
project. I chose three that I thought
2:09
would look good with what I was planning
2:12
to do and aligned them with each
2:14
sticker. And then I just changed the
2:17
words to what I wanted to use. If you
2:21
use this specific font I'm using here,
2:24
make sure you type in the letters one by
2:27
one. Cuz if you try to type them in all
2:29
at the same time, they will change to
2:32
the same color, which will probably be
2:33
black since that's the first color.
2:37
So, this does take a little while. It's
2:39
a bit tedious, but it will be worth it
2:44
And I also added an outline on the text
2:46
as well to make it pop more. I used
2:53
And then I thought the sticker was
2:54
ready. So, I highlighted every element
2:56
and group them together. Now, the next
2:59
one I wanted to use the word to
3:03
delalicious. And for this font to work,
3:07
I had to ungroup it and then reign it
3:13
Then I wanted to make the frog sit on
3:15
the letters. So I right click on layer
3:17
and then set bring to front. So this way
3:21
the frog's legs were also visible. And I
3:25
thought adding a little fly would tie
3:27
this sticker together nicely. So you can
3:30
go to elements and type in fly and you
3:32
will also find the same element.
3:36
I added an outline on these letters as
3:38
well just to make them look better with
3:42
and then group them together. Also for
3:45
this last one I'm going to do something
3:47
very simple. I'm just going to type in
3:49
the word that I wanted to use.
3:53
And then since the color doesn't really
3:57
match the color of the frog, I'm going
4:02
Oh, yeah. I'm also bringing the frog in
4:04
front to make it sit on the letters. And
4:07
then go to effects and change the
4:09
outline of the color by using the color
4:11
selector. And then I'm going to find the
4:14
most darkest shade of green that's on
4:16
the frog element and change the outline
4:19
of the letter to that. And I'm going to
4:21
group this together as well. Now,
4:24
depending on how big you want these
4:25
stickers to be when they are printed,
4:29
either copy them as is or and copy and
4:34
paste them to your page as many times as
4:36
they fit. Try to make the most use of
4:39
the space that you have. Or you can make
4:41
them smaller and fit more stickers on
4:49
As you can see, I did on the second one.
