ProLon 5 Day Plan - DAY "Zero"
The night before starting my ProLon 5-Day Fasting Mimicking Diet, and I admit to being a bit nervous. I know I can overcome the physical "obstacles" (i.e. hunger), but I'm less confident about working this around my daily routines. That said, I've planned this out so that there won't be any social obligations or big celebrations that will make this particularly difficult. Today on "Day 0" I've made an effort to a bit less than my usual, and also very, very clean. No sweet treats or wine or fried foods or anything that might be considered "junk." Just balanced healthy meals, with a focus on plant-based whole foods. If you've ever thought about a fasting regime to kickstart your weight loss, or just reset your metabolism, join me on this quick 5-day journey to a healthier body and mind.
