ProLon Fasting Mimicking Diet - Day TWO!
Day Two of the Fasting Mimicking Diet 5-Day plan, Day 3 is pretty easy. Your body has not yet realized that you’re on a fast, so it’s not “panicking” to tell you that you must raid the refrigerator and fatten up for the long, cold winter. Our evolutionary biology can’t be fooled that easily. But by the end of the day, your metabolism is starting to suspect that something is not quite right. It’s not going to compensate yet, but it’s getting ready to engage survival mode. This is a good thing. This is what we want. When this finally happens on Day Three, that’s when all the good stuff really kicks in. Dinner tonight is a yummy Butternut Squash and Quinoa Soup… with dessert!
