✔How To Do Plié Squats:
1. Stand straight, place your feet 3 feet apart, toes turned outward
2. Position your hands on your hips
3. Bend your knees and push your hips backward till your thighs are parallel to the floor
4. Maintain the position for a few seconds
5. Gradually push back to the starting position to complete 1 rep
Do this 10 times a day, 5 times a week
