My name is Frank Janssens. I am the general manager of John Cockerell Defense Weapon Systems

John Cockerell Defense is a company with two divisions, the John Cockerell Historical
0:24
Department of Weapon Systems and Arcus Mobility Vehicle Systems. We are here at EuroCertory, first time together with our French friends
0:33
We are a Belgian company, but in 2024 we acquired Arcus and now it's the first time that we
0:39
present together our product portfolio. Specifically, I can present you behind me, next to me, the Fendris
0:51
Andres is a kind of a first baby born between Arcus and John Cockrell
0:57
Brainstorming how can we fit the historical 105 turret on the platform of Arcus
1:03
Arcus specializes in 4x4, 6x6. So we had this idea to put this turret on a 105
1:09
And so the ysis has proven that it was technically possible. We got board approval
1:15
We started the project in July of last year, 2025. In the last 10 months later, we integrated both systems, the platform and the turret
1:25
for the first time to exhibit here at Eurostatrii. Fandris is the name of the wolf of a Scandinavian methodology
1:32
It's the only 6x6 system in the world with a mass of 26 tons
1:39
It can be transported by aircraft so you can project a huge firepower to a conflict zone
1:55
It has an approved mobility, qualified by ARKUS, French Army, Belgian Army
2:01
and it's based on our historical know-how, which is the 105, NATO caliber high pressure
2:09
The big advantage of this target is it can not only fire direct fire
2:14
but also indirect fire we can elevate the gun up to 42 degrees so we can hit targets up to 10
2:20
kilometers. We have 12 rounds in the autoloader and we have also 12 rounds inside the vehicle
2:26
another 12 rounds outside the vehicle so in total we have a payload of 36 rounds. We also integrated
2:34
an anti-drone capability on top of the turret you can see the 7.62 machine gun. It's operated by radar
2:41
to attack drones who are trying to attack the vehicle. We are presenting a
2:47
lot of other products, you can see it on our boots, we have the weapons systems
2:51
product portfolio of John Cockerill starting from the 7.62 Hornet Air Guards
2:58
we have the CLWS 25mm, the 1030, 30mm, 90mm, 105mm. And next to that you have Arcus with all their platforms and we are really happy
3:08
to meet our customers here and to take note of their needs, their remarks
3:15
Being at EuroStatuary is crucial for us to keep a positive interaction not only
3:20
with the end-users but also with suppliers and other companies. you
