Roku reviews: Don’t ever buy from Roku.com

Roku review: "I called this company to let them no that the Roku box wasnt working. They helped me to make it work. This Roku box didnt work. This Roku company told me it could be a faulty. I said what does that mean? Thee customer rep says it means the item is defected. He steered me wrong by telling to buy the Roku streaming stick from Roku.com..."
Update from the consumer: "Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I found out from my bank that Roku.com refunded me back the $74.36 on 11/15/22."
