Since I purchased my motorhome since May 2023, issues have been coming up.
a) The frigerator quit working to find out the wiring was to short and it snapped the wiring
b) The San-T-Flush system doesn't work
c) Found the wire disconnected that was causing the black water tank indicator light was not working
d) Blinds in the kitchen and bedroom are missing
e) The wall behind the TV in the eating area was damaged
f) The panel around the radio was damaged
g) The running lights on the units were not working

General RVs should also be listed, such as, number one, the worst company in the world to deal with

And when we bought the unit through General RV, they apparently had never taken the time to review and look over the unit and to make sure that everything was functioning

this is now almost October, and I'm still playing games. The customer service, I had to go back to them, and I had to tell them what the problems were

They wanted me to go back to General RV, which I told them no. I then went back to Camping World, and I told them I have to have the refrigerator fixed

It also blew a fuse for the inverter and the Sancti system and they told me to take it to Camp World And when I did they fixed it about probably three weeks ago

They did pay for all of the costs, okay? They paid for the labor and everything else, so they paid for all that

But again, just recently, I had to get a hold of, I got a hold of Thor Motor Coach, and I asked them, I said, I was having problems with General RV, and I said, they sent me the wrong parts

I finally threw, her name was Samantha Holt from Thor Motor Coach, called me and said that she was going to order there

you need to deal with somebody else The solution we looking for right now is I waiting for I waiting for parts from Sir Motor Coach to be delivered to Camping World and for them to more or less pick up all of the costs to take care of the three items that are still outstanding within the coach itself

I've not seen them yet. And therefore, once I get them, then, of course, I'm expecting Thor Motor Coach

to pay for all the labor to do the repairs. Thor Motor Coach should have turned around

they're treating them under a warranty is what they're doing. Therefore, like I said, the Sankey flush system on the refrigerator

and I'm still waiting for these parts. Thera Mortar Coaches is indicating that Thera are going to pick up all the costs

Who knows how long I've got to take for them to turn around and get these repaired. It took me almost three weeks

They have them fixed the refrigerator, so I lost time there. So I had to fix the refrigerator and then to go through and fix the Santefa system the whole nine years
