Indiegogo review: "I emailed Newtral directly on this. However, since you host them on your platform, Indiegogo has a level of responsibility as well. I am totally frustrated with the persistent delays with Newtral. This chair was bought in Sept. 2021 with the expectation of receiving it in November. This is a contractual arrangement. Now we're told it's April of '22 and there is zero confidence in that date based on prior missed target dates..."
