DR Horton Reviews - Homeowners Worst Nightmare

DR Horton review: "I asked loan officer Joan to take off optional homeowner title insurance off closing papers a week before closing. She told me that wouldn't be a problem and it would be taken care of. So I show up to closing and when I asked if it was taken off the attorney said no... Also, the house was painted with flat paint!!! That's a very cheap way to do it with such a nice house they built. I'm extremely disappointed with the paint in the house. It's been a nightmare with a child in the house."
