Delta Airlines review: "Delta airlines, with gross incompetence, put my bag with everything in it, on the wrong flight and I didn't find it until the ten-day trip to Italy was over. The average wait time to get a text reply was 6 hours, with zero responses for phone calls. Baggage service operates only on USA hours and is completely unreachable 24/7. Raised my issue to..."
