Carnival Cruise Line review: "...I was forced to take a downgraded room because this employee error also caused me to lose the Grand Suite I had booked. At the time of the booking, there was a $1,000+ difference in price between a Grand Suite and the crap they gave me. I was forced to take a much lessor room with only a refund of $200+ (that will take a month to receive)..."
