I got some fraudulent purchases on my business credit card. And after three months of reviews and investigation from the bank, they came to a conclusion, an absurd conclusion, saying that those purchases were actually not fraudulent and that they would withdraw the money from my account regardless

And after the second investigation, they said case closed arbitrarily. And I don't have anyone to complain to or to go to

Even my branch manager said she can do anything because the case is already closed, which I think is absurd

Back in September 2020, I was on a trip overseas. And what happened was I realized when I got there, I realized that my credit card, my company credit card was charged 21 times on the same day in multiple purchases on Amazon

And the thing that caught my attention was that that credit card, that very credit card is the one that I don't use for anything purchase wise

I only use it for hotels and tickets because it's my business card

That it I never purchased any object in three years having this account in Bank of America And all of a sudden 21 purchases which were like between and each so mounting

and start to just see what happened. I spoke to a fraud, whatever, fraud department, something like that

And right away, they returned the money on the next day. And then two months went by and I got a letter at home saying that they would get the money back

because they didn't find any posting errors in my bank account. or in my credit card. And I said, guys, I'm sorry. So I called my manager at the Bank of America

at the branch. And she said, you come by. So I went there and spoke to her and related everything

that happened. And she goes, okay, so they're probably, we're going to have to ask them for a

second round of investigation. And she required me to write a letter, like a hand letter

handwrite it, which I did. And I left it for her She sent it to the fraud department and they returned an email saying okay we going to do a second investigation on your case

But still the money was gone. $451. They withdraw from my account again. And I was waiting

And now like a week ago, not even, I got a letter saying that the second investigation, they said they didn't find any errors and therefore they're not going to refund the money and they're closing the case

That's it. There's no one I can talk to. There's no customer service I can go for

And even my manager told me that she's not even able to do anything now that the case is closed, arbitrarily closed, which is completely absurd

Because if they bothered to look at my history on that credit card, they would not find any purchase whatsoever

And another thing, those purchases were all on Amazon vendors, and they were never made through my Amazon account, that I have a Prime Amazon account

So it was never through that, and it was from multiple places, different stuff, in a credit card, and I never purchased anything in my life
