Hyrox /Gym Mobility Drill
Regularly frequenting the gym for weights and cardio training I though I’d share the movements I focus on pre or post training to keep my body flexible & to enhance my range of movement both of which will help my body remain injury free.
This workout can be done in isolation without the need to involve a gym or run session and you will still enjoy the benefits.
Having taken part in a number of International and UK based ‘Hyrox’ events I have personally experienced the benefit of regularly doing this short routine
