20-Minute Inner & Outer Thigh Workout: Tone & Strengthen Your Legs ??

I felt this workout the day after filming on both my thighs and glutes so I can say with confidence that it targets the areas I wanted to focus on. You may want to fold a towel or find a thin cushion to place it under your hip before beginning the workout. Other than that you don’t need any equipment, just your mat and 20 minutes in which you can focus on yourself! Feel free to add MORE reps to any or all of the exercises!! When you are short on time, this is a perfect stand-alone effective workout, but due to those days when you have more time it’s a great one to add onto a gym session or to one of my other YouTube workouts.
