Didn't find love, so here I am, and this isn't going to work

I'm not sure it's going to work. And then they're crying by day two. Megan Vanessa, how do you keep things fresh

Love is Blind Season 8. We are all the way here. How are we renewing and reinventing ourselves

Different cities, I think, make a huge difference. You are going to see a different cast in Minneapolis than you had in D.C

than you had prior in Chicago, Seattle, Atlanta. That's an element that we're

really takes form that you start noticing in the pods and then you really see when they go back to

their hometown. Yeah, the personalities of the people are different, but the city's personalities

are different. And they bring that to each and every season, which definitely differentiates

more from the other. I mean, you look at Texas and you look at D.C., completely different casts

And also different values. Like certain cities have different values. Like some are, you know

they just want to work, work, work. Some are more into, like, what the look is and the, you know

the glam. And some are just more into their families. Some are more physical than others

So it's a factor that they take into consideration, which ultimately, I think is, like I said

another character when people find each other Big time yeah So now that the show been on for so long do you feel like more people are coming on with the goal of being famous I don think so I mean I think anytime you have a successful franchise

like, thankfully Love is Blind has become, you certainly run the risk of that happening

But we see every year people in that lounge who are genuinely there because they cannot find what they're looking for

in their conventional dating scene in their city. And so they're willing to take a chance on this radical, you know

experience, this experiment called Love is Blind. And thankfully, we've seen 13 marriages in seven seasons, 10 of them still together to this day

So the formula works. You know, it works and it's been proven to work. And I think that people, for the most part, you might have a curveball, you know, every now

But you can tell. You can tell really quickly. Like, ultimately, everyone wants to find love

And that's, we get to take the guessing workout. Like, everyone here, the end goal is to be standing at the altar to say, I do, God willing

But if there is someone that sneaks through, once you're in the pods for 10 days and you are detached from

your cell phone, from your family friends, work, and all of the noise, you start seeing people's true colors

Most of them, I would say over half of them are really genuine and really wanna be there

My favorite are the skeptical guys that are like didn find love so here I am and this isn gonna work I not sure it gonna work And then they crying by day two But if there is someone that is like just very matter of fact that you think maybe just wants to be famous I feel like you see that

You see that in, and either production doesn't follow them because they see it as well

And the goal isn't to call people out or be salacious. You know, we truly, Chris, the creator, Connecticut truly believes in love, truly wants to celebrate it and wants people to find their person

And so he's not trying to call people out. But at the end of the day, if someone does say or do something that's just like, okay, you kind of did it to yourself and we have to put this out there so people know moving forward, maybe don't ask that question on a date

Maybe don't act that way. Don't ask if somebody can go sit on your shoulders. Exactly. Yeah

See, because it might not be the reaction that everyone's looking for. So if you two met behind a wall, would you have chosen each other, rapid fire

Yes. 100%. Yes. Personality is strong. And I heard your first day was at Hooters

Yes. Trenton Hooters. Different than behind a wall. I was doing a show in Trent, New Jersey

She was working in the city. I said, hey, why don't she come down and see the show

And so I didn't think she do it. It was a little bit of a test, maybe. But she got on the train and came down to Trent

Did I pass the test, baby? On a Monday night you passed the test Many tested me again and said we going to Hooters And I was like did I pass the time Well Hooters was the only thing it was the only thing open on a Monday night in Trent New Jersey You know it funny we were just on Kelly Clarkson show and she was like that just him being an artist on tour

Like, when it's late night shows over, it's 11, 30, 12 o'clock, and you're hungry, it's Hooters

Like, that's all that's open. Or Waffle House, but there was no Waffle House in Jersey

Last little fun question. Have you ever gotten into a fight over Love is Blind

Yes. 100%. Yep. Driving to reunions. We definitely don't see eye to eye and everything

I'm like, that's the way you see this one? And I was like, there's no way that she did that

And he's like, absolutely. And we, he literally ends it with we're going to agree to disagree

Well, that's, you know, that's good communication. We love it. I've actually walked away in a couple seasons

I remember vividly watching them. When we were in Hawaii and I was like, I got to walk away. I can't believe that you think that

Well, it's too real. Yeah. No, I think we're like any other couple out there watching it

We see things differently. We root for people differently. We're the host of the show, obviously

see, but we, obviously. Obviously. But we, uh, but I think that's just your word

Even more importantly, we're, we're fans of the show. We love watching it. We're as invested as anybody else
