Since then, following of course, DC fans having to be split down the middle in drama over the removal of Henry Cavill, The Black Adam departure, and crazy ideas such as connecting video games with Film/TV, have all pretty much been wondering the same thing: what new movies and TV series are they working on? Well, the wait is over everyone! Gunn and Safran have unveiled the first ten interconnected DC Studios projects—five movies and five HBO Max TV series. And we’re here to discuss everything! Film Projects Superman: Legacy – written by Gunn, the film will hit theaters on July 11, 2025, and focus on Superman balancing his Kryptonian heritage with his human upbringing. The Brave and the Bold – the DCU will introduce Batman and Robin in this unusual father-son story inspired by Grant Morrison’s comic series.
