Hello, everybody. Welcome back to my channel or welcome in if you were new. My name is Dream and today's
0:05
going to be another great video because we are adding little touches of Americana to our kitchen area. So I'm super
0:13
excited. This year we have the Summer Olympics. Fourth of July is coming up. So I am very excited just to
0:22
sprinkle those little red, white, and blue touches throughout. It is very, a huge storm is going
0:29
on right now. So we're also going to do the front porch, but that will be in next week's video
0:36
But today, let's get started. I'm going to show you guys the items that I have pulled to add to
0:41
our kitchen. And I'm excited. Mostly everything is from Hobby Lobby. So first things first
0:49
I love adding flags. It's just an easy, simple way. And I grab mine from Hobby Lobby
0:56
Hobby Lobby, they're Fourth of July or a matter. Kana decor is currently like 40 or 50% off
1:03
So these come in a pack of three. And I just love them
1:07
I add them indoors. You'll see when we do the front porch. I add them outdoors as well
1:13
They come in two different sizes. So there's smaller size and then a larger size
1:17
Actually, I think they have even larger size. But we're going to use the small size just to add little touches inside
1:26
Next up, we have a few signs. They are also from Hobby Lobby
1:31
We have this sweet home sign that I really love, and then this star that I really love as well
1:37
and it just says freedom across it. Then I have these ceramic tins
1:45
I got these from Target many, many years ago. So we have them in the red white and blue and I just going to use them to style the kitchen And then these are great for parties as well that you can add you know little things in there
2:02
little treats and stuff for parties. And then I have a whole bag of these rattan stars that come in the blue, red, and white
2:14
and I'm going to be adding those throughout the kitchen as well. But that is it, just making it simple, sweet, and sweet
2:21
festive for this time of year. And with the Olympics being this summer, I think my Americana
2:28
will probably stay up all summer long until we transition to back to school and then into fall
2:36
But let's get started, guys. Let's add these sweet little touches. First things first, let's work
2:42
on our table scape. What I love about this Americana decor is that we're just adding to our
2:47
existing decor. But the other day, Hydrangeers are my absolute favorite. They were my bouquet
2:54
and my wedding, all that stuff. But I added in these blue ones because we had a whole array of
3:00
white ones, so white and blue, and I thought that would be perfect. So we're going to add some
3:05
flags in here and then, you know, it up just a little bit
3:17
I watch you as you dry Do you know I'm looking And I can't help but smile
3:29
Do you know how much I love you You put my favorite song on
3:35
I put my feet up And we just sing along And I can't help but feeling
3:44
Just loving this moment can we stay here forever I loving this moment Can we stay here together If I could stop the time don you know that I would
4:01
Because I'm just loving this moment. Can we stay here forever? Forever
4:12
Forever. Forever. I watch you as you sleep
4:23
You don't know I'm looking. With you, everything's complete. Do you know how much I love you
4:33
I put your favorite song on. Just to wait. Okay, guys, that is it
4:39
Sweet, simple, and super easy. I just have the table runner is from Hobby Lobby
4:47
The trivet is an antique piece, and then the white picture is from Hobby Lobby as well
4:54
We have some hard ranges just from the grocery store in the white and blue variation
5:00
and I just added in those Americana flags. And then over here, I added in those little ceramic bowls from Target
5:13
And then I just added in those retan, stars over here we just kept it really simple that's our summer bucket list I made a whole
5:26
video on that and I will have that link down below but we have our little cookie jar
5:32
which I actually saw our cookie cutters in and our utensil tray which is from they're
5:38
both from Target the boards are from like ones from home goods the other one I think it from Hobby Lobby But in there I just stuck a simple sweet flag And then up here I just have that little sign sweet home just nice easy and simple
5:56
Didn't add anything to this little riser. The risers from Target, plant, hearth and hand target, and the oil and vinegar dispensers are also from Target
6:07
That wax warmer in the back that is also from Target. This is also from the hearth and hand collection, but I just put those simple stars in there
6:17
But just kept it nice, sweet, and simple. You guys, you don't have to add a lot to decorate for the holidays and to make everything special
6:28
Just adding little sweet touches. Over here, I did take out the flag
6:35
I just kind of like it with the star. It's more simplistic. That riser is also from Target
6:40
The star, like I said, is from Hobby Lobby, and then the soap dispenser is from Target
6:49
The vase is from Hobby Lobby, and then the florals in there are from Michaels
6:59
But nice, sweet, summary little touches. So I'm loving it. So that is it, guys
7:07
I hope you guys thoroughly enjoy this video. you don't have to spend a lot of money. I just added sweet little symbol touches to our
7:15
existing decor and we are festive for this red, white, and blue Americana season. But if you
7:22
guys enjoyed this video, don't forget to give it a thumbs up. And next video, we will be
7:26
tackling the front porch, which I am super excited for. I love always decking that out for the
7:33
different holidays. But I will see you guys very soon with a new one. Don't forget to give it a
7:38
thumbs up. Bye everybody
