Hey guys. Have you ever wanted how you could create passive income every single month
0:12
Now I know what you guys are saying, why not just invest into monthly paying dividend stocks
0:16
But let me tell you something, monthly paying dividend stocks might not be the best way to go
0:20
The best way to go might actually be to invest into growth stocks
0:24
Now, I know what you're saying, growth stocks usually only pay their dividends every quarter, four times a year
0:30
times a month. So how are you going to create that into monthly paying dividend stocks? Well, I've seen
0:34
this cool tool that gave us 24 growth stocks that you could choose to pick from to create passive
0:40
income every single month. Now, I say growth stocks because you're potentially missing out on a lot
0:45
of money. If you're invested to monthly payment dividends stocks, let's say five to ten years from now
0:50
that company only grows 15, 20 percent over the last five to ten years. Yes, you're getting paid
0:55
out monthly dividend stocks, but you're missing out on growth. When some of these growth stocks that you can
0:59
investing to can actually grow by 2x, 3x, sometimes five extra money in just five years
1:05
So the number one rule is always growth. Don't always look at the dividends
1:09
You want to be invested to good quality companies that's growing that just so happen to pay dividends
1:14
And some of these companies actually play a pretty sweet dividends other than just chasing
1:19
high-year dividend stocks. And that way you're going to miss out on a lot of money
1:24
Hey, dreamers. I'm Zeeke. And welcome to the dream. Now this is the list that I've seen on Facebook
1:39
It's a list of 24 companies, two companies each month. Now, each month pays a quarterly pan-dividend in stock
1:46
So all you got to do is choose one in each row, and they'll pay you out every other three months
1:51
But we're going to go by and look at the list and see which one would I choose personally
1:55
and why I would choose them in how much would you receive in dividends
1:59
is from each company now before we dive into the video this video is sponsored
2:03
in brought to you by a long time sponsor of this show Mo Moo sign them now with the link down in the description deposit a hundred dollars
2:10
and you could receive up to 15 free stocks also they have a very special offer
2:15
going on right now with the cash sweep inside of there you're holding cash inside your account you receive an 8.1% APY cash sweep interest on the cash
2:24
that's just sent inside your portfolio now the reason I love this broker's is
2:27
because they have commission free trade early market hours, after market hours trading, and you have access to other markets outside
2:34
the United States. Guys, if you want to try a moon, I'm going to leave that link down in the description
2:39
Go ahead and sign up, deposit your $100 and receive your free stocks
2:43
Trust me, guys, you don't want to miss out on this amazing opportunity. 8.1% APY interest
2:49
That's insane. But let's go ahead and dive into this list. Okay, guys, the first one on this list in the month of January is either PepsiCo or FedEx
2:58
ticket symbol PEP or FDX. Now between these two is a no-brainer for me
3:03
I'm going to go with one of my favorite companies and that is PEPCO, ticket symbol PEPE
3:07
Now, why am I selected Pepsico is because they are dividend kings
3:11
Now, what is a dividend king? That means they have increased their dividends every single year for the last 50 years
3:16
and they are inside the S&P 500 making them dividend kings. Now, that means they're able to increase that dividend growth through a recession or depression
3:25
a pandemic, all of that. So you're not at risk of them cutting their dividend
3:29
So you can expect that every three months, you're going to receive a dividend check from PepsiCo
3:34
Now, let's pull up Pepsi call and Mumu. Here we all Mood. We're going to type in Pepsi so we can see what kind of dividend yield they have
3:41
And there we go. Pepsi is at $164. And if you look at that dividend yield at the bottom left, it is a 3% dividend yield
3:48
That is amazing. Anything over 2.5, around 3%. 3.5 is amazing, especially for a dividend king like PepsiCo
3:56
And now when we're looking at the charts, we're not going to look at the hour chart. We're not going to look at the four hour chart
4:01
We're not going to look at the daily chart. We're going to look at the weekly chart because remember, we're talking about growth
4:06
And we're talking about growth over a long term. And if you guys can look at this back in 2019, it was at $89
4:13
And right now, 2004, they had $91. You would have doubled your money
4:18
Like remember what I said you doubled your money in growth from Pepsi costs So whatever you invested You doubled that and you receiving that paycheck from them and dividends every single quarter
4:29
And we're going to select one of these stocks on this chart right here for every single month to where you can get paid every single month from growth stocks
4:39
So stay tuned all the way through the end of this video so you don't miss out on any crucial information
4:44
Let's move over to the next stock. All right. So in February, we got MasterCard
4:48
or Apple. No brainer. We're going to roll with Apple because we're talking about growth
4:52
They don't have the highest dividend, but we're talking about growth. And with the growth of that
4:57
that's going to make up for that monthly paying dividend stocklist. So let's pull up Apple right
5:01
quick and show you guys at APL. Click them. And yes, they do have a low dividend year. They have a
5:10
0.53. So compared to Pepsi, it's completely different. But Pepsi doubled their income in the last
5:15
five years now we take a look at apple apple was at $34 in 2019 and now they're at $200.000 in 2020 with
5:25
the all-time high of $199. Right now at the time recording this video is around $180 so you would
5:32
have four extra money like I said you faux extra money in five years and people that's chasing these
5:39
monthly pandividend stocks are gaining to you they are not making this kind of profit in just five years
5:45
from monthly pen dividend stocks where we're chasing growth stocks that just so happen to pay good
5:51
dividends is apple the best dividend stock that's inside the s mp 500 not by far are they one of
5:58
the top growth stocks absolutely and that's why we're selected them for february all right the next
6:03
stock that we're going to look at on this list and march is either johnson and johnson or sherrond
6:07
and this one is going to be a tight one because i do kind of like chevron but we're going to go with
6:11
johnson and johnson just because they they are dividend kings as well so
6:15
So let's pull up Johnson & Johnson. And I think they have a, I know they have a better dividend yield than Apple
6:22
They have a 2.9% dividend yield. And if we look at them over the last couple of years back in 2019, that was around, what's that
6:32
$100. And now they're all the way up to 162. Had an all-time high of 176
6:37
That is amazing growth. Almost doubled your money. And guess what guys? Johnson and Johnson have increased their dividend yield for the last 61 years
6:45
So longer than most of us even been on this earth, been alive
6:49
They've been increasing their dividends for 61 years. So you don't have to worry about them cutting their dividends
6:55
I did like Chevron, but they haven't been increasing that dividend yield growth for as many years
7:01
And that's why this month we're going to roll with Johnson and Johnson. Oh, yo, guys, I forgot to tell you about all the other tools on here
7:07
So, of course, you can see that. But you could look at the overview of these companies on Moomu, and then you can see if it's a bullet signal or a bear signal
7:13
right now on Apple it says bullet so um there's a lot of tools on moo moo that you can actually
7:17
use that i that i use to help grow my portfolio over time so let's move over to the next month
7:23
okay so in the month of april we got Nike or we got Walmart now me personally i got a role with
7:29
walmart yes they just had a stock split i just put out a video over the stock split on walmart
7:34
um you could click right here they'll take you to that video to explain exactly where the
7:38
stock split is but they had a 31 stock split basically nothing changes about the company but
7:43
Historically speaking, when a good growth company like Walmart have a successful stock split
7:48
they usually outperform the S&P 500 or the market by 6 to 8% over the next 365 days
7:56
So, of course, I'm going to be rolling with more Walmart in this situation. Now, if we do look at Walmart, they have a dividend yield of 1.29%
8:03
And if we're looking at that growth from 2019, $26 all the way up to $2,24.60
8:11
You will have triple your money and also receive. dividends every single quarter so of course we got a row with Walmart in this situation
8:18
and if you guys still want to continue to go back you guys could see that Walmart has usually
8:22
been just been growing every single year over the last couple of years and not to mention
8:27
Walmart is also a dividend king they just became dividend kings this year increasing that growth
8:32
from 49 years all the way to 50 years so anything from 25 to 50 years is dividend aristocrats
8:39
anything over 50 years is dividend king now in May we got lows and eti t um I gonna have to roll with loads Of course guys there a trend in this They are also dividend kings Let click on LOW right quick
8:52
And we could also take a look at their growth, LOW. Now, those, they have a dividend year of 1.78%
8:58
Right now, they're recording this video. They're $244. And over since 2019 to $2,024, they went from around $55-ish all the way up to $251
9:10
dollars growth over chasing monthly paying dividend stocks are that good monthly paying dividend stocks out
9:16
there that do grow yes they are i put out of this about that already but now we're looking at some
9:20
growth i'm talking about some real growth that just i happen to pay dividends are the dividend yield as large
9:26
no but if you know what you're doing inside the stock market you're going to make a lot more money from
9:30
growth than chasing just purely small dividends right so we take a look at lows right now it's a little
9:37
warning signal says it's bearish that means that a little bit overbought. Some people are going to expect loads to pull back. So that's what I like about
9:44
this right here. They get me a quick glimpse at lows. Should I be investing to it right now at 244
9:50
It's kind of high. I'll wait for it to pull back a little bit and then I'll start buying up more
9:54
shares of lows. When it's at a price, I'm comfortable buying lows at. So let's go ahead and
9:59
dive to the next month, which is going to be June. All right. So in June, we have NEE and Johnson
10:04
Johnson. Since we're already selected Johnson and Johnson, we're going to go with NEE. So let's pull up
10:09
NEE right quick. All right. Next Eric Energy has a dividend year of 3.39% the highest dividend year yet since we've been
10:17
looking at this sheet. I think they've been increased their dividends for around 20-ish years
10:21
And of course, looking at their growth, they had a major pullback over the last couple
10:25
years, 36%. That's why compared to Johnson & Johnson. It's not Johnson and Johnson, but it still has some major growth over the last couple
10:32
years from $36 all the way up to $88. But it's starting to have a major pullback
10:37
let's say what mu mu has the offer it says it's neutral for a bullet signal one bear signal
10:44
um probably going to sit on the sideline for this one and wait to invest inside one of my
10:48
favorite companies johnson and johnson so let's go ahead and move over to the next month
10:52
all right in july we got mdlz and best buy neither one of these are my favorite but if i had to choose
10:56
just because they have a high dividend year is best buy ticket symbol b b b b bw let's pull up best buy
11:02
right now over the last couple of years you guys can see 2019 2024 that had minimum
11:07
growth, but you still would have dealt with your money from $40 to $80, and they have a high
11:12
dividend yield of 4.72%, and that's why I would select best buy for this month in the month
11:19
of July. So let's go ahead and move over to the next stop. All right, in August, I would go with these two stocks, I would go with John Deere, Tickle
11:27
Cere is at $367, and they have a dividend yield of 1.45% $367 at the recording of this
11:37
video and you guys can see that growth all the way from $100 back in 2019 to $400 for Xing your money
11:45
For Xing your money in just five to 10 years compared to these monthly paying dividends stocks
11:54
The reason why these monthly paying dividends stocks can't grow as much is because they're too
11:58
busy paying out such a high dividend that they're unable to invest any of that money back into
12:04
its own company. When these growth starts, they're going to pay you a little bit. in but they're saving a lot of money to reinvest back into the company in order to grow these
12:12
companies and that's why john deer was able to increase their dividend uh they have a growth of 4x
12:18
over the last five years and if we take a look um i believe it's at a neutral right now it's kind of high
12:24
at a high price so we're gonna so we're going to keep an eye on john dear and add this to our portfolio
12:28
when it gets to a comfortable price all right in the month of september is coca cola and
12:33
Microsoft got a role with Microsoft. Even though I love Coke, I love Coke, but, you know, it's not Microsoft
12:40
MSFT, MSFT, MSFT. Microsoft, guys, Microsoft went from $89 to $420 in just a couple of years
12:51
They have a low dividend year of 0.67 percent, I believe Coca-Cola do have a high dividend year
12:56
But when we're talking about growth, remember, the point of this video is broke stocks that just saw having to pay dividends
13:01
and we're going to select one each month in order to receive a dividend every single month
13:05
That what we doing But we also going to maximize our earnings maximize us becoming wealthy by these growth stocks And Microsoft is one of the largest companies in the world
13:17
And I believe they're going to do amazing things with AI in the future, making us even more money
13:24
So I'm going to be heavily investing into Microsoft, even though they're at all-time highs
13:29
Let's see what the market says. It says, Barrett, because they are at an all-time high
13:34
Hopefully, do pull back a little bit. and I'm able to get to Microsoft under $400
13:39
Hopefully it pulls back under $400, but if we do, I'm going to go in and buy some shares
13:44
So in the month of September, Microsoft is the way to go
13:48
All right, October, we got J.P. Morgan and MRK. We're going to roll with J.P. Morgan right here, the bank, J.P. Morgan
13:57
and pull it up. They have a 2.2% dividend yield there. If you take a look at their growth, remember, they was all the way back at $90
14:04
now they had $186 doubling doubling 2xing your profit just like that
14:11
so after you double your profit you are going to receive dividends from them every single quarter
14:16
so you have a 2.2% dividend yield which is a lot better than Apple's dividend yield
14:21
of half a percent but with 2.2% dividend yield awesome hopefully over the next couple years they could get it up to
14:28
2.5 and make us even more money and dividends in the future
14:32
all right the next one is either Variety are procter and gamble and you guys know i got a role with procter and gamble once again
14:38
procter and gamble are dividend kings increase their dividends for 50 plus years um right now they're at
14:44
158 dollars growth over the last five years from 68 dollars to 161 dollars from 2019
14:51
2004 and the reason i love procter and gamble is because no matter what if you go to the grocery
14:57
store no matter what aisle you walk down procter gamble own something on that aisle if you walk down
15:03
the soap aisle, the chip out, they're going to own something on every aisle that you walk through
15:08
in a grocery store and a company with a big reach like that and a lot of products like that
15:13
I love to have inside my portfolio. I do own a couple of shares of private and gamble looking to pick up more
15:19
At the time of recording this video, it's at $158.85 cents. So if I do see them on a sweet deal, right now they're near their all-time high
15:26
If I do see them at a sweet deal, they're just one that I'm going to go in and pick up more shares of
15:30
and they have a dividend year of 2.35%. And moving on to the last one, which is going to be in the month of December
15:37
it's either going to be Home Depot or McDonald's. Now, this is a real tough one, but I'm going to roll with MCD
15:44
McDonald's on this one, because I have actually been picking up a couple of shares of McDonald's
15:48
over the last couple of months. Now, McDonald's in 2019 was around $148
15:53
and now I'm dialed away up to $300, doubling your profit in just the last five years alone
15:59
which is absolutely amazing. have a sweet dividend yield of 2.14%. And that's it dreamers
