And y'all, this is it. Let's get to the kitchen and whip this one up

Very easy, very simple. All you need is some potato starch. If you don't know how to do that, it's very simple. Just go ahead and drain the juice out of a potato

You can use a grater or for me, I use my actual juicer

And I let the juice sit in the container overnight. And when I get up, guess what I got? I got starch

The starch is right at the bottom and that's where that came from. So I got about three tablespoons out of two potatoes

I added about an equal portion of Greek yogurt. And then I put in about a tablespoon and a half of olive oil

Simple as that. Mix it all up together. Just take your time and make a very smooth paste

Absolutely simple. And here is the potato mask. This again has potato starch, Greek yogurt and olive oil

Now, before I apply the mask, I'm going to go ahead and take a towel and steam up my face

Open my pores so that this mask can do its job. All right. Now the pores are open and ready to apply the mask

I have my mirror right here. So if you don't mind, I'm going to look directly into the mirror

Y'all, let me tell you something. What's inside of potatoes is so amazing

It is so amazing. You're going to be like, wow. Potato starch has such a positive effect on the skin

It has such a variety of nutrients that consist of vitamin C

which promotes the return to life of the cellular structure of the skin

Starch reliably protects it from destruction and promotes recovery. It also contains niacin, which improves lipid metabolism and activates the growth of new cells, making them more viable

The choline, the substance that regulates fat metabolism and normalizes the process of sebum secretion

It also has iron in it, which will improve blood circulation and oxygen saturation of the blood in the skin and carbohydrates

They give skin cells energy. Love it so much. If you're ready to get smooth looking skin, potato starch for facial wrinkles is the one to go to

It's so simple to prepare this mask. Again, just three ingredients is all it took

So just apply this mask to your face to get rid of wrinkles

This face mask made up of potato starch, yogurt, and olive oil

It's been about 15 minutes or more. Around the mouth area, it's kind of crumbling a little bit

The rest of it is still kind of thick, so it really hasn't gone anywhere

But I did feel the cooling, the drawing, and all of that

So now I'm going to go ahead and take me a quick shower. And I'll be back to let y'all know what it feels like, what it looks like, and if it's worth your while

No jive in here. Oh, my goodness. Y'all, I can actually still feel

And I want you to tell me this. If you try this treatment here, let me know if you still feel the tightening after you've rinsed it off

I mean, I can tell right in here. I usually have a little saggy, a little, you know, something right here

But girl, I don't know. I'm just going to take a little jasmine essential oil, put it in the palm of my hand

If it'll come out. Yeah, just one drop of that. And also I'm going to take some rosehip oil here

And this is what I'm going to use to carry on the tightness

Because I've got to have some moisturization on my face. But it doesn't feel dry

It doesn't feel dry, period. It just feels drawn. Well, I can't explain it

This smells so good. Okay, I'm going to just slather this on my face

Oh, my goodness. And I'm going to take it on my chest because, you know, I need to treat that area as well

Oh, yeah. I don't need any perfume on today. This smells great

About three tablespoons it was because I didn't want to waste any because it was going to keep forever
