Hi and welcome to our video on short selling regulations. As a law student, Ive spent a lot of time studying the Securities and Exchange Commissions final amendments to Reg SHO, which were filed and dated February 26, 2010. These amendments included the adoption of a short sale-related circuit breaker, which is a restriction on the prices at which securities may be sold short.
