First of all, I don't often say this, but how are you doing

It's good to see you again. It's been a while. I'm good. It's been a little bit of a frustrating couple of periods, but yeah, I'm good, ready to get

things going now. Well, I wasn't going to focus on the frustration yet first, but I will do

Is that because the title picture hasn't come into fruition yet? I know there was circulars and all sorts, but nothing's been pulled off yet

Yeah, so it's been quite frustrating because I was supposed to fight for the English title

I think this is like my fourth time going for it. So, and it's just like it's been frustrating because I was supposed to fight for it in December, it didn't happen

Then I was supposed to fight for in February didn't happen. Then again, we were supposed to fight sometime in, you know, sometime mid-June, July

didn't happen the date got extended to August and we managed to find an opponent

that actually called me out and everything and unfortunately they pulled out

for whatever whatever reason or circumstance they want to declare and yeah now we're back to

square one my fight's being cancelled so got a later date on the 15th of September

and just trying to search for an opponent now Well, my matchmaking and head-on and what I think would be the dream situation for your perspective would be have that fight with someone like James Beach Jr

And then hopefully Frank can just get you a voluntary with Nate Collins or Razza

I can't quite pronounce the name. Oh, Razor Hamza. Razor. Yeah. Yeah. The issue of this is that I'm a weight division above Razza Hamza

Yeah, you have been at Super Feather last time, but would you be able to go back down to Feather

Oh no, no, I'm fighting Featherweight next. So I even fought at Super Phantom months But I want to campaign at Featherweight see how that goes If I make him weight really well maybe even go down to Superbantam And the issue with Jim Beach Jr

and this and that is we've actually asked for that fight. Unfortunately, he was, I think he was booked up

or like something happens. Oh, it's just interesting. Yeah, that was just random that I thought that

so it's interesting that has been inquired about. Believe it or not, so we've asked for the raise the hands

of the fight. We've asked for every single person in the country that is ranked, we have asked

And I don't know what's going on. It's either people are not available or they don't want to take the risk or taking that fight

or they don't feel as if maybe I'm not good enough or I don't know

It's just, I'm a guy just trying to take a risk, just trying to push my career forward

See how it goes. I mean, Nate Collins is a heavy favorite in that fight and not that many people are going to be

looking to fight him. I know Hopi Price and Colgill are fighting for a position to be

mandatory so you'd like to think that they'd follow through of that and fight him, but obviously Hopi... Hopi Price is fighting for the mandatory for... Is it British

Yeah, for Nate Collins. Oh, and Nathaniel Collins, yeah, yeah. Which is... It's very difficult to say whether that would come off, because you'd like to think it would

because it's a good fight. But with Matcheson and Greensbury, there is a chance that you could potentially

us serve that at some point if Perspitz doesn't get called or if someone pulls out

So Nate Collins is a logical fight there. Yeah. I mean, Nathaniel Collins is fighting

what's his name now? Raisa Hamza. Yeah. So he's fighting him. I don't mind

Like if we get an opponent and God willingly I do well

I do not mind taking that fight next. I think the power and the explosive is on my end

And we see We see what happens He like in comparison I have had a lot less fights but I think that would be a good fight for me I be interested in that And I move away from us just talking shop about opponents because I had a couple of other things I wanted to say

First of all, we've had lots of interviews, and always it comes up about the sort of platform that you want to be on

Do you feel honoured in a way or pleased that you're on the, obviously, on the TV segment

but now for all of these fights, but also you're on the poster for the

I don't know if you know this, but you're on the poster for the York Hall show, like, one of the three faces on the poster

So you're getting top billing now, which is what you've always been after. I mean, it's about time

I mean, like, I don't want to sound big-headed away. Like, I'm just trying to gas myself up or anything like that

But I've taken every single opponent on. I've called every single person out

One of the only active, active fighters there is that's literally ready to go

any moment and I'm you know I've had eight fights I've taken four fights on the last minute

notice I've fought two people who's on the feed and another three people were winning record

like what more do you know what more do I have to do for them to promote me that's like I don't

want to sound rude to anything but I've done everything I'm supposed to do I haven't turned down

a single opponent I haven't done any anything like I it's like it's super easy to work with

me because I take any challenges on and yet now I'm only now I'm on a poster

I mean, I was supposed to fight on the Dennis McCandville and there was no posters, there was no nothing

there was jack shit done about that for me up until my opponent pool

That was like, yeah, I don't know. I think I'm just annoyed because I feel like I need a lot more publicity

than what they're offering or what they've done so far. And with that, this isn't, I'm afraid it's not connected

but I guess the situation now is you're in a position where I

wouldn't necessarily clash as a prospect anymore, I'd clash as a contender. So you sort of not necessarily have the height all the way through of a prospect

but now you in the contender shoes with maybe a little bit less or weight at the negotiating table because you haven had as much of a push as you like Yeah I mean again let see what happens in my next fight

My next fight, I told him, I go, I don't want no other fight, I won a title fight and that's it

So whatever title we fight for, let's see. Let's see what happens

And unfortunately, the people we've called out in the country that have similar record to myself were slightly better

don't want to fight. So now we're going to have to take a step beyond that

maybe fight someone who's had double, maybe even triple the amount of fights I've had

wins that I've had. So let's see. If I win my next fight

hopefully the ball will be on my call and I can start, you know, I can start calling out demands

and maybe get paid a little bit better, get promoted a lot better

So let's see. I think it's about time that, you know, I want to start calling some shots

I want to start making some demands, having proper scheduled fights rather than last-minute call-ups

Well, yeah, I agree. I mean, obviously, I know Alfie well, and I think Alfie's done a good job with the headline slots

but hopefully the televised aspect and the Frank Warren aspect will be on point to

I know they're good at building prospects, so hopefully it all falls into place for you

because, yeah, they are good at that, and hopefully you get your shot, too

Yeah, hopefully, hopefully. Let's see. Let's see what happens. I mean, only time will tell

Only time will tell, but I'm hoping that it will be another explosive performance for you on your corner
