"Grey's Anatomy" has definitely been a launchpad for multiple superstars, but there's at least one actor who has had the opposite post-Grey's career trajectory. Not only has this actor had difficulty finding meaningful other roles, his character was written out of the show in very abrupt fashion, while the show was near its peak of popularity.
