Unlicensed doctor from Passaic faces murder charge in fatal IV treatment at Bronx clinic

Prosecutors say 56-year-old Luis Rojas Cabrera, founder of the Bereshit Lifestyle Center in Kingsbridge, was formally charged by a grand jury with murder, manslaughter and other offenses.
