STORM WATCH: Rain and gusty winds tonight, conditions improve on Monday for the Bronx

A storm system brings periods of rain, an isolated thunderstorm and gusty northeast winds for Sunday night. Drier and milder weather returns Monday afternoon, followed by pleasant conditions for the middle of the week.
